It's All About The Details
Indianapolis Weddings + Events
- Fifteen (15) hours of KEE event time, which includes one (1) lead member of the KEE Team and (2) two assistants to facilitate the smooth execution of the event.
- Assisting with setup of guest book, card/gift table, seating chart, table numbers, and any extra personal details, if applicable.
- Acting as day- of point person for vendors.
- Monitor the arrival and set-up of vendors at their appointed times and in their designated spots.
- Execute the timeline and keep the wedding party on time and aware of the schedule from the morning hair & make up to end of night.
- Manage flow from ceremony to reception.
- Distribute all final payments/tips to vendors, if needed.
- Access to our Safety Kit. Accidents and situations come up., and we have you covered!
- Assist with collecting personal items, gifts, and leftover items for clients.
- Coordinate any errands - pre or post wedding.
- Oversee and assist with breakdown of venue and vendor clean up.
Day of Event
- Wedding coordination of budgeting, researching vendors, and coordinating meetings with vendors ranging from florist, bakery, DJ/band, caterer, photographer, videographer, bridesmaid dresses, hotel, make-up, hair, and etc.
- Access to our personalized planning portal. ( Wedding Checklist, Budget Helper, Seating Chart Organizer, & More!)
- Manage and communicate with vendors about their quotes, availability, and timeline organizing.
- Invitations preparing /mailing ( postage must be provided)
- Making sure all the i's are dotted and the t's are crossed on set up, decor wishes, rentals, and timeline flow.
- Consultations on any concerns or questions towards wedding activities and reminders of deadlines, appointments, and budget.
- Coordinate errands pre and post wedding. ( picking up items or return after)
- Participating in rehearsal and working with officiant and bridal party to choreograph wedding ceremony and recessional. (1 hour)
Pre-WEdding Meetings
Our Full Planning package gives us the ability to help clients from the very beginning of their planning process all the way through the big day! It begins with researching venues and doing site visits, along with monitoring your budget, building and researching a strong vendor team, assisting in creating your vision, and working with vendors to bring that vision to life. We carefully execute required tasks alongside you for when the big day arrives, and we make sure to keep you updated on payments, vendor tasks, and wedding planning checklists. Full service planning
This includes all items listed in Event Management Package + 10 extra planning hours.
Up to Twelve (12) hours of coordination on the day of the event, which includes one (1) lead member of the KEE Team and one (1) assistant.
Ten hours of planning to be used at your discretion, which may include but are not limited to the following:
- Venue Searching
- Vendor Selection (florists, bakers, DJ/bands, caterers, photographers, videographers, bridesmaid dresses, hotels, make-up artists, and hair stylists)
- Coordination of budgeting & Sticking to it!
- Design and Style Development
- Invitations preparing and mailing (postage must be provided)
- Overall, planning management
Partial Planning
- On the day of the event, the coordination services provided will extend up to eight (8) hours. This encompasses the presence of one (1) lead member from the KEE Team and, as designated, one (1) assistant to facilitate the smooth execution of the event.
- Assisting with set-up of guest book, card and gift table, seating chart, table numbers, and any personal items, if applicable.
- Acting as day-of point person for vendors.
- Monitor the arrival and set-up of vendors at their appointed times and in their designated spots.
- Executing timeline and keeping wedding party on time and aware of the schedule.
- Managing flow of day, from ceremony to reception.
- Access to our Safety Kit. Accidents and situations come up, and we have you covered!
- Supervision of reception.
- Assisting with collecting personal items, gifts, and leftover items for clients to take with them.
- Distributing final payments and tips to all vendors on behalf of Client.
- If additional hours are needed, they can be added to your package for an additional fee. (confirmed a month prior to event date)
Day of Event
- Monthly check-in (optional) calls starting the year of your wedding. These calls are on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis; an email will go out mid-month with a link to sign up.
- One (1) timeline/details telephone call approximately 3 months out from the Event to discuss the vision, vendors, and assist with day-of-event timeline organization and details.
- One (1) site visit/walk-through to certify everything is covered for set up, décor, and timeline flow, as well as making sure vendors have all the information needed.
- Access to our personalized planning portal (Wedding Checklist, Budget Helper, Seating Charge Organizer, & More).
- Participating in rehearsal and working with officiant and bridal party to choreograph wedding ceremony and recessional (1 hour).
- Open communication via email.
