How To's

Why a (Day of Coordinator)/ Event Management Coordinator , if I can have friends or family members offering to do it?
It is extremely thoughtful and generous of friends and family to offer up their time to help. However, in the end, we believe that your friends and family members deserve to enjoy the day as guests and not have the pressure of making sure the tasks and small details get done. With hiring a 'day of,' you receive help with making and executing the timeline, comfort in knowing there is a point of contact for your vendors if they have any questions, and the comfort of knowing the extra behind the scenes details will get done. In the end, a 'Day of Coordinator’ is there to make sure you are able to live in the moment and enjoy your event with no stress.

Do I receive a free consultation?
Yes, absolutely! We would love to meet with you and discuss what you are looking for to make sure It’s Kee is the right fit for you.

What Makes ‘It’s KEE Events’ different?
It’s Kee offers people a relaxed and comfortable environment where we can brainstorm and problem solve to achieve your dream event.

With having the opportunity to work in a variety of fields related to event coordination, including sports, weddings, special events, and fundraisers, my experience allows me to draw on similarities and differences between and among events. Our experience also offers perspectives and ideas that might not commonly be associated with your type of event. We try to think just a little outside the box to make your dreams come true.

Can you provide references from other clients and vendors?
Of course, we know your event is special, and we know you want to make sure you are in good hands.

Best advice for the big day?
There’s so many ways I could take this question because again your wedding day does have a lot of moving pieces. So therefore I have to share two pieces.
1. I would have to say get a strong group of vendors. Trust vendor recommendations and meet with the vendors to make sure they are what you are looking for from their style, personality, and how they work. Once you pick a trustworthy team you will feel more at ease about your day being in your vendor’s hands, so you can focus on enjoying it.
2. My second piece of advice would be stick with your gut on who you want there on your wedding day. From your wedding party to guest list. This is a big day in your life and you are going to want to be truly surrounded by the people you love most whether it’s 20 or 200 people.
